Morningstar Funeral Fund was founded in 1993 by Bishop Petrus Basson and his wife Trudy Basson. Under his guidance and leadership, the business grew rapidly as he managed the company based on sound business principles and a "hands on" approach.
The business soon expanded resulting in a bigger premises, 4 branches and a fleet of cars.
Today the company maintains over 60 employees who are dedicated and committed to seeing every client satisfied.
Together with 6 children, Mrs. Trudy Basson is at the helm of the business aiming to strengthen their reputation as a company that cares and caters to the needs of the individual.
